Terms of Service
Last updated: . This page explains the scope of the VPNYN cross-border network acceleration subscription service, the rules for using accounts and subscriptions, acceptable use requirements, service availability and disclaimers, account termination, how these terms may change, and the refund arrangements. Please read it in full before starting a subscription.
Service Scope and Content
VPNYN provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription service, with 180+ international routes across 120+ countries that help users reach international websites and cross-border online services. The client supports five platforms — Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux — and a single account can be online on an unlimited number of devices at the same time.
Subscriptions come in two forms: monthly plans and data packs. The monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting every month on the day the plan was activated; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, used until exhausted and never expiring.
Access is granted for the length of the subscription period; no buyout or perpetual license is offered. Payment methods are Alipay, WeChat and USDT, and the channels actually available are those shown on the order page in the user panel.
Account and Subscription Rules
Creating an account only requires a username and password — no email address is needed. The account and password are kept by the person who registered; any loss caused by a leaked password or by someone else using the device is borne by the account holder. If you notice an unusual login, change the password in the user panel as soon as possible.
Subscription access belongs to the account holder personally and is for everyday use on their own devices. Reselling, renting out or subletting an account or subscription link is prohibited, as is using a subscription to provide network acceleration to third parties in bulk, or using automated scripts to register accounts or place orders at scale.
"Unlimited devices" means there is no cap on the number of connections from the account holder's own devices under one account; it does not mean the subscription may be shared among several people. If an account shows unusual concurrent connections, VPNYN may require a necessary security review.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their own location and of the places where they use the service, and must respect the terms of service of the websites and apps they visit. The service is intended only for legitimate cross-border access and network acceleration needs, and must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: infringing the intellectual property of others, distributing illegal or harmful content, accessing other people's systems without authorization, sending spam, committing fraud, or carrying out network attacks.
Users must judge for themselves whether their use is lawful where they are, and bear the corresponding responsibility independently. The service does not assess the legality of any particular use case, nor does it offer advice on the legal requirements of any location. Account termination and legal consequences arising from misuse are the user's own responsibility.
Service Availability and Disclaimers
The service is provided as is. Connection speed and availability may fluctuate because of route adjustments, upstream data center maintenance, submarine cable faults, congestion on cross-border links, and the user's local network or device configuration. The service will make reasonable efforts to restore service within a reasonable time, but it does not promise any specific speed figure, nor that any particular website, app or platform will remain available.
The service is not liable for indirect losses caused by interruptions or limited functionality resulting from force majeure, changes in network policy in a given region, or changes to third-party services (including the regional restrictions of the websites being visited and payment channels). Users should back up important data themselves and avoid relying on the service as their only network path for business that cannot be interrupted.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
The service may suspend or terminate an account, with no refund of fees already paid, in the following cases: reselling or sharing a subscription, using the service for unlawful purposes, attacking or disrupting routes or other users by technical means, exploiting vulnerabilities for improper gain, or refusing to cooperate with a necessary security review.
Users may stop using the service at any time; simply not renewing counts as natural termination. To close an account, submit a request through the ticket section in the user panel.
These terms may be updated as the service scope, payment methods or legal requirements change; the updated version is published on this page with the date of the update. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. Where a change is material — for example, to refunds — subscriptions already active continue under the terms that applied when they were purchased.
Refund Policy
A full refund can be requested within 7 days of the first payment, no reason required. Refund requests are submitted through the ticket section in the user panel, and refunds are returned via the original payment channel; Alipay, WeChat and USDT take different amounts of time, depending on how quickly each channel actually processes the refund.
The refund applies only to the account's first paid order. Orders older than 7 days are no longer eligible for a no-reason refund; accounts terminated for reselling, sharing or unlawful use are not refunded the remaining balance.
If you have questions about the status of a refund or any other part of these terms, submit them through the ticket section in the user panel; requests are handled in the order they are received.
